飯店的服務人員非常棒，很有耐心也很細心，讓此次出遊非常愉快。 頂樓的泳池與 SPA 池都很不錯，但 bar 的酒選不多，比較美中不足。 特別值得一提的是，早餐的選擇很豐盛，也很好吃，這在一般飯店中比較少見。 但比較令人遺憾的是大眾裸湯的位置，因為在隔壁棟 (捷絲旅旅館) 的地下一樓，因此必須走到戶外、穿過捷絲旅一樓大廳 (餐廳的位置)，當天在 check out 前我穿著浴袍去泡裸湯，沒想到會經過這麼多衣著整齊在吃早餐的人，有點尷尬。 其他的都很棒！
