訂了一泊二食，只能說大廳再好的服務⋯都被餐飲拖累了
浪費錢多加的，選項少又超久難吃，火鍋兩人將近3000元
自助區連杯飲料都沒有，80元買一杯小杯的美粒果，
湯頭、沾醬與海鮮完全不能搭配，龍蝦是冷凍的，石斑腥味重，完全無法吞嚥，湯頭油膩吃沒幾口就吃不下了，哈根達斯故意調的很低溫，根本超難挖，龍蝦海陸鍋就是一個失敗品，查看了所有的評價，大家都是在說龍蝦鍋很不值得，為什麼餐廳就是不改善！陷害人家踩雷呢？
還有早餐部分是我到礁溪玩住宿三間不同飯店裡最爛的，
五星級酒店，早餐選項少的可憐
大概是比一般旅社還爛（康橋都比他們好）
價格跟長榮只差了一千多塊，但是設施/餐飲/住宿天差地別
晶泉我真的下次不敢了⋯實在差人很大一截
房間部分也是非常小，房間泡湯池不知道是有沒有符合人體工學？水深出低，根本無非浸泡全身，再來是洗髮精沐浴乳⋯感覺很廉價，味道是ktv 芳香劑的味道⋯
如果硬要擠出一個優點，那只能說，大廳服務人員真的都很親切，一顆星是給他們的

Like the surrounding area. Many good restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast is delicious however few selections only. Overall very satisfied with the breakfast. Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

飯店的服務人員非常棒，很有耐心也很細心，讓此次出遊非常愉快。
頂樓的泳池與 SPA 池都很不錯，但 bar 的酒選不多，比較美中不足。
特別值得一提的是，早餐的選擇很豐盛，也很好吃，這在一般飯店中比較少見。
但比較令人遺憾的是大眾裸湯的位置，因為在隔壁棟 (捷絲旅旅館) 的地下一樓，因此必須走到戶外、穿過捷絲旅一樓大廳 (餐廳的位置)，當天在 check out 前我穿著浴袍去泡裸湯，沒想到會經過這麼多衣著整齊在吃早餐的人，有點尷尬。
其他的都很棒！

枕頭實在太軟了
棉被太薄了
happy hour放在大廳人來人往的地方，感覺不太好，好像是不是房客都可以坐下來喝茶、休息
房間在3樓，對面7-11，一樓的路人半夜在聊天，都聽得很清楚
早餐不錯
房間的泡湯池也不錯，有通風
