Everything is nice. The room is clean and cozy. The staff is helpful and efficient in assisting us to check in. The only downside is the hotspring inside the room. The hot pool design is a bit difficult for the elderly to get in.

早餐很有特色及用心，一般飯店早餐不會有冰淇淋，這間卻有，甚至有豆花、黑糖珍奶，很新奇，我對早餐滿意到不行，工作人員很辛勤的收碗盤，如果可以在倒廚餘是離開後更好，因我聽到「倒」的聲音很倒胃。
滿驚喜的是還有招待紅酒，期待是有冰鎮後的紅酒，如果有位置可以享受美酒更好。
櫃檯人員較忙碌，打二次櫃檯都沒人接，可以利用AI留言再回回電，避免讓消費者感受不佳。
電視台是MOD，這個也對有年紀的消費群有難度使用，甚至不看，建議多元化讓消費者使用。
這間是很愛護地球的飯店，很推薦，很少用一次性的牙刷、沐浴乳，連礦泉水都改用飲水機，很方便。
