衞生還乾淨，有停車的地方，特價房房間很小，沒有任取暖設備，房間特別寒冷，不適合冬季入住，沒有電熱毯，空調，暖風機之類的，要了二兩條毛毯。我一個鋪，一個蓋。又加了一床被子蓋上。湊合了一晚上。同行兩位長者70歲了，我還定了標間，80元，長者原來就感冒了。房子太冷受不了。剛開始。女負責人還好，加被子。説可以加毛毯，但長者感覺房間太冷了。沒有電熱毯盒。電暖氣。實在受不了。這時女負責人説，可以退單。兩個長者到對面的賓館去住了。對面院子裏賓館雖然也沒有取暖設備。但在房間不感覺冷。我想，可能是採光好的原因。可後來，這個負責人就開始刁難了。不辦理退單的事，説客服沒有同她聯繫，我找網上客服取系她，她也不辦，説等到第二天退房再辦，遲遲到第二天不給退單，退房也見不到人，第二天十點我有聯繫客服。説明瞭前後經過和情況。客服打電話她她也不接。最後還是客服給我解決了問題，直接退了單。希望以後酒店，遇到問題又抱着解決問題態度，要換位思考一下，希望你端正態度，改正做法，最後祝你生意興隆，周邊酒店很多，條件又不錯，衹有，改善質量與條件，才能有更好的效益。
