明明外衣是忘記在房間的退完房就回來了，哪也沒去，回來整理衣服發現白色針織衫不見了，才想起忘記在房間了，因為是白色的可能跟床單混一起沒發現，打2次電話，第一次沒回復，第二次説沒收到

房間衞生一般，但是親子佈置還是很好的，泳池是冷水，水質差。温泉的泡池水質也差，有股難聞的味道。説平台上定的沒有早餐！平台要注意不要一味的追求銷量，還是要注意品質！值得表揚的是前台一個小姑娘服務態度很好，很耐心！

酒店外圍環境很不好，窗外是雞圈，沒有高檔酒店的環境，最主要小孩子還非要再收一份早餐費 ，感覺很不友好。
