保潔人員在打掃客房、清潔樓道時遇到我們客人都能夠停下手上的工作，對我們抱以微笑，並送上親切的問候，服務周到且熱情，讓人感覺很暖！
剛入住酒店的時候，迎賓小姐姐親切地迎接了我們，並幫助我們拿行李，告訴我們，如果對客房有什麼不適之處，可隨時與前台聯繫或是直接告知他們。看到我們忙碌的時候，也會主動上前詢問是否需要幫助。
地理位置優越，交通便利，開車、坐車出行方便，房間舒適整潔，床單被罩乾淨無異味，洗浴設施也很全，房間隔音也不錯，處理問題快，辦事效率高，房間內設施齊全，佈局科學、合理，總體來説，非常滿意，用户體驗感很好。

性價比很高的五星級酒店房間非常乾淨前台工作人員熱情服務。態度親切感非常好服務也非常到位。地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐品種多，當地特色麪點，羊雜，拉麪，燴肉，性價比非常高，酒店設有早餐預約及打包服務，這項服務非常貼心，這家酒店的健身房設施設備非常全，而且非常專業。負二層還有恆温游泳池，家裡人都非常開心，短暫的路途因這家酒店服務讓我們暖心。有機會來銀川還會選擇這家酒店。
