Yingde Hotels with Breakfast

Hotel totally new! So everything is clean and ready to run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is amazing helpful and always smiling! Facilities are nice in hotel . The others facilities around are just starting. So hot spring is running but not yet finished and the amusement park also is not completely finished . Water park was not open during our stay. Western buffet and breakfast is average. We do not enjoy so much the foods and the diversity. Quality for the price is not at the level of Hilton brand yet. Should be improved. Maybe the Chinese restaurant is better but not try... (One important point to find the hotel you should go in the parking of the amusement park and drive to the backside... no tag for it... so ask staff to guide you)

We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

The aunties provided good service, but some male waiters had average service attitudes. It was good to have a free car to pick up and drop off at the high-speed rail station. I don't know what happened on the return trip. The front desk got my pick-up time wrong. I didn't change the time, but she changed it with the driver. Fortunately, we finally arrived at the high-speed rail station smoothly. Manager Mao in the lobby was also very good. He recommended our discount package and helped me save money.

This is a family trip. The accommodation is in a remote location, suitable for self-driving travel. The environment is beautiful and there are no food options nearby. It would be better if you have a car. The house next to the accommodation where I live is believed to be a place where cleaning supplies are stored and cleaning carts are parked. Therefore, a cleaning cart was parked at the entrance of the accommodation for two days. According to reports, it was still parked at the entrance the next day, which affected access and access. It is easy to take pictures and it also affects the guest's check-in experience. Also, the cleaning staff did not clean up the garbage in the room. When I returned to the room during the day, I found there was still garbage in the trash can. After reporting it, my check-out was postponed, but because the next day There is an itinerary, so even if it is extended, it will not be used. Overall it's ok, the hardware is average, but the good news is that the housekeeper is warm and considerate. She doesn't flinch when things happen, responds immediately, faces it positively, and appreciates it.

The environment is really good. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and return to the tranquility of nature! It’s a great place to go for a kid’s stroll. There’s Lego, there’s a slide on the top floor, and there’s a soup pool downstairs. The swimming pool downstairs is very interesting, and the service is very good. The environment is good.
