衞生：皮膚容易過敏的我一覺醒來也沒有發癢，床褥很乾凈
設施：設施有點老舊了，馬桶墊有一點小磕碰，毛巾也有點舊但是擦過身子沒有發癢
環境：在山旁，空氣比較新鮮，自駕的話跟着指示牌也能到達
服務：前台服務尚可，房間温泉池也能介紹比較清楚

訂了3個房間，衝著環境和温泉來的，
先説好的：
1.山裡環境跟預期一樣，很舒服，雖然下雨，但説霧繚繞的景色非常好
2.温泉是真温泉，滑滑的
3.員工服務態度好，有問題馬上解決
再説要吐糟的：
1.215房間的馬桶倒灌，導致洗手盆下面的排水口湧出糞便、紙巾，還塞了不能自動排水，要叫服務員來清理
2.215房間一開始的温泉池排不了水，也是叫服務員上來才清理
後來才發現，清理温泉池跟馬桶用的是同一個壓力泵😱😱😱想想都覺得噁心
3.隔音非常差，一早走廊的其他住客説話都清清楚楚，很早就被吵醒
4.早餐很簡單，真的衹能吃飽那種，完全不是吃好，比快捷酒店的早餐還更簡單，最重要是親子房也衹含兩份早餐，額外買一份需要58還是68塊，這就太貴了，20塊一份還能説的過去
5.還是215房間，晚上温泉池的陽台還有大老鼠跑過，嚇的小孩馬上沖回房間裏
如果衹為了環境不考慮硬件設施，我個人覺得還是可以的，但所有家人都説不會再來第二次😂
因為下大雨沒體驗温泉區

衞生很差，抽風很差，洗手間小朋友用完就堵住了。
服裝也不行，親子房，2瓶礦泉水……多要一瓶喝都不可以，叫去前台買。一年住過100家……他們這是第一家。
温泉池也是臟死……一個比頭要大的蜘蛛網就在池邊，房間也不打掃乾淨。
最大問題天花板還漏水。房間裏面隔音也差，一大早聽到走廊一堆拖鞋聲。
早餐更是糟糕。硬乾的麪條、堅實的饅頭、煮到蛋黃髮黑的蛋黃。
後的小華山……下雨後又沒人收拾，滿是荒蕪。
整個景區感覺都是無人管理的。酒店是宰客的

很值得大家入住這裏，地理位置優越，去每個景點都方便；房間設施齊全、乾淨，房間內也有泡池，私隱性做得不錯；水質清澈而且摸上去滑滑的，泡完很舒服，很喜歡這裏，下次還會再來

酒店服務很專業也熱情，房間被子不夠，給前台打電話，工作人員很快就給我們送上來。早餐也很豐富，吃飽去周邊景點參觀很方便，大概10分鐘就到英西峯林

英西這個地方是週末放鬆好地方，這次入住的小華山湯泉酒店非常有特色，湯泉温度適中，小華山海拔不算高，我們爬上去，微微出汗舒服
