總體來説很不錯，房間很舒服，睡覺很安靜，WIFI很快，窗外風景很漂亮，小區是萬科的，環境不錯，老闆是東北小夥很熱情，陌生的城市很温暖。

臨時預訂的，在這路過，看了這家不錯，入住前聯繫老闆告知房間位置，自己入住就可以，房間很不錯，一點也不冷，衞生很乾凈，這是我在意的，下次去營口還會選擇這裏，位置在山海廣場，吃完飯隨便逛了一圈，挺好的，能看見日落。

停車很方便，樓下車位充足，房間離海邊特別近，位置好找。房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，全天熱水，房間比賓館那種大很多，環境好，性價比很高
