房間還算寬敞，乾濕分離。就在萬達有個側門進，酒店專用電梯，前台設在樓上。就是馬桶有氣味，可能是跟寫字樓共同的通病。

在萬達樓上，吃飯方便。大堂在22樓吧，有專門酒店用的電梯，可以直通地下停車場。房間很精緻，晚上睡覺安靜，客房還很温馨地提供了一個曬衣服的架子。

房間算得上高檔的水平，佈置合理講究，入住舒適。酒店萬達廣場的上面，吃飯購物方便。地面和地下進入酒店都有專門的電梯，不用和公寓樓其他樓層混行。早前台服務熱情周到，主動告知用餐、停車等的注意事項。餐品類還可以，但是餐廳面積偏小，建議擴大些改善就餐體驗。
