酒店是園林式 ，環境不錯。可能因為淡季，湯池沒有幾個。服務態度還行怕，就是人員少。

酒店環境特別好，旁邊就是植物園，裏面有很多小動物。酒店前台工作人員小薇也很熱情，態度特別好。春暖花開了，憶江南真的是出行遊玩不錯的選擇。

地理位置優越，離火車站很近，房間很乾凈舒適，床單被罩都是新的，但是空調沒有熱風，説是和住宅供暖時間一致，現在停了，温度還好吧，温泉一般，前台接待員很熱情，主動問候，有免費停車位。
