Exceeded my expectations! The room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and provided excellent service. They even offered complimentary ice cream upon check-in. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

What a gem of a hotel I stumbled upon during my Xinjiang trip! The ambiance is elegant, the views are fantastic, and it's super convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; they even proactively recommended local attractions and tips. The room was cozy, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities were excellent. Staying here was so relaxing and restorative, it truly made my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The lady at the front desk was so kind and gentle, and the security guard even helped me with my luggage – they were both really warm and helpful. Plus, there was delicious ice cream! There are also plenty of great food options nearby and a park right across the street. It's perfectly suitable for a solo traveler on a temporary stay. Five stars for the service!

The manager called in advance to let us know the room type was a bit small, but our stay was great. The bathroom, bedding, charging facilities, and all other essential amenities were perfect – clean, tidy, and odor-free. The front desk and cleaning staff were all gentle and friendly. Any requests we had were handled quickly and with thoughtful care. There's a snack street right outside, and we even got a delicious local ice cream when we checked in. We'll definitely come back!
