Lavande Hotel, as always, is great. The rooms are spacious and bright, the toiletries smell lovely, and the mattress is comfortable. The service is attentive, it's quiet, and transportation is convenient. It offers excellent value for money and is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

I booked this hotel last minute for a quick overnight stay before catching my 9 AM train back to Urumqi. Since it's newly opened, there was a slight smell of renovation, but thankfully, the room had an air purifier. Upon checking in, I noticed a half-empty, opened bottle of mineral water. I called the front desk to get a new one, and a security guard came to deliver it. He didn't offer any apology, which left a bit of a sour taste.

Excellent as always... The room was huge, clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the air conditioning was great! 👍 The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the receptionist was warm and attentive. Great value for money! 👍

This newly opened hotel was booked on short notice, and it turned out to be surprisingly great! It was clean, hygienic, and well-soundproofed. It had a smart toilet, curtains, AI customer service, and even a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom! The pillows and air conditioning were very comfortable, and I got a great rest after a long day of traveling! The hotel is easy to find, with both surface and underground parking. The front desk service was also excellent. This newly opened hotel is a great choice for those visiting Yining. The popular "Jiechan Dapanji" (a type of chicken dish) is just a 10-minute drive away, and Liuxing Street and Kaqizan are less than half an hour away, making it perfect for a day trip to Yining.

本次入住全程舒心，必須給滿分好評！ 酒店大堂乾淨大氣，前台接待專業高效，辦理入住不用久等，還貼心告知周邊遊玩路線。客房空間寬敞明亮，全屋打掃無死角，床品親膚柔軟，躺下很快就能入睡；衞浴乾濕分離，出水穩定，洗漱用品齊全。

必須誇爆這家酒店！位置絕佳，去哪都超便利，房間收拾得亮亮堂堂沒有一點異味，床品舒適度直接滿分。工作人員熱情又有禮貌，辦事效率超高，整體氛圍輕鬆舒服，旅途住這裏幸福感直接拉滿，已經加入我的常住清單，小夥伴放心沖！！！！！

整趟入住下來最讓人印象深刻的就是酒店的服務，每位工作人員都十分有禮貌。剛到店就主動上前幫忙提行李，前台辦理入住效率很高，還貼心告知周邊吃飯出行的路線。中途缺了洗漱用品，打電話給前台沒多久就安排人員送上來，響應特別及時。保潔阿姨打掃房間細緻乾淨，遇見都會主動問好，有任何問題諮詢都耐心解答，服務貼心又有分寸，全程沒有一點敷衍。房間環境也很舒適，僅憑這份暖心周到的服務就值得回購，非常推薦大家入住！
