衞生：地毯很臟，早餐的饅頭都是剩下好幾天的，咬不動，花捲也是硬的沒法吃，房間也沒用飲用水
服務：保安可以要求顧客不滿意直接退房，態度很差
環境：房間內燈光昏暗
設施：陳舊，拖鞋太次

跑了個長途，身體不太舒服，有點感冒，想開個空調沒遙控器打客吧枱服電話連着打幾個都沒人接自己下去拿，他們又説遙控器被鎖上了床單也是破洞洞
