I don’t how to be .. we pay for room then some body wait me on the door posh me to check out . I not sure this is 5 star hotel . Also room key I have to change some many time everyday , we pay money we not stay free . I feel so bad with this hotel . So bad really never see like this . I was stay 25 days it’s so hard . Everyday we have new story , some time posh me to check out . I don’t how to see some one wait you on the door ask you check out . Also bath room tools is so bad .. give idea to open Toothpaste . So hard do that coz they don’t want any body lose and save some money . Experience so bad

Extremely poor value for money. It's priced like a 5-star hotel, but the facilities are worse than a 3-star. I just have to complain! The decor is incredibly outdated, and you have to go through a small alley to reach the entrance elevator.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even brought my large luggage up to the room and then helped me take it down to the lobby for check-out. The only downside was the limited breakfast variety, but overall, it was a great stay.

Nice, clean and well equipped facility. The location is great. Not too far from the railway station and centered in the heart of the business district. Breakfast was good. The staff is friendly and cooperative. Overall, it was a very nice stay.
