離方誌敏紀念館很近，剛好有朋友婚禮在這兒辦，便就近住樓上。酒店的設施非常一般，衞生很差，連馬桶都沒洗乾淨，燒水壺都滿是油污。窗户外面就是菜市場，從早上五，六點就開始吵。體驗很差，不推薦。

地理位置不錯，方誌敏紀念館走幾步路就到，停車場是智亂車庫，紀得提前將需要用品拿下車，描碼付款酒店可以報銷，雖然緊鄰菜市場但是雙層玻璃窗很隔音，吃飯購物非常便利。
