酒店大堂寬敞又明亮，休息區非常大又很舒適，還有一台鋼琴一直在放音樂，房間裝修很高大上，衞生間也乾濕分離，外面走廊背景音樂很好聽！停車位充足，大堂經理李靜服務熱情，關注客人入住感受，好評！

房間入住體驗還不錯，各方面都挺好的，尤其客房空間大，一點都不擁擠，周邊環境好，空氣質量優，還有一個大陽台，晾曬衣物都很方便，大堂經理李靜服務熱情周到，服務態度好，入住滿意！

鳳凰酒店是益陽最高端的酒店，張經理禮貌熱情，酒店環境舒適，客房有獨立的觀景陽台，這個非常特別。室內整齊乾淨，整體入住體驗很好。就是快退房的時候自己把握了時間還被打電話及敲門問退房不有點不是很滿意，其他的都比較滿意
