訂的大床房前台給升級成湖景噪音房，大清早吵的比工地響。

水龍頭出水是黃的，處理方案是要我們換一個房間。酒店位置比較偏，開車才能去，不提醒入車牌，基本沒有服務，大堂的服務員都衹管聊天，完全不搭理客人

這次住酒店的體驗是真的不好。
1、我們訂了三間房，剛開始全部沒有熱水，後來有熱水了，放出來又是泥巴樣的臟水，足足放了個多小時才好一點，但也不像冷水那邊清澈。此時已經23點多，孩子長者都累了，衹能將就洗個澡。
2、陽台的紗窗和玻璃門已經老舊，推都推不開，好不容易推開了又關不上，費老大勁關上了，又不能鎖，一不留神把大拇指都弄出血了。
3、已經立夏，酒店的中央空調還不開冷氣，房間比室外還熱。
4、客房大姐全程無笑容，態度很生硬，我姑且體諒衹有你一個人在客房服務吧。
5、晚上點了個麥當勞外賣，前台説機器人送過來，20分鐘後仍然沒有送到，打電話去問前台，説機器人送過來了，是我們沒取餐。但我一直在房間等，座機沒響，門鈴沒響，我手機也沒響，這機器人是送哪裡去了？前台説親自送過來，好傢伙，又10分鐘過去了，還沒送過來。你乾脆説要我自己去拿，都不至於浪費我的外賣！再打電話過去，前台説在開房忙不贏，此時是0：05分，我自己到前台去拿外賣，但並未見任何人在辦理入住？
有一説一，大堂經理服務態度很好，也表達了歉意。

酒店入住滿意，早餐味道還不錯，選擇品種也滿多，環境很好，遠離馬路，挺安靜的，髮型也大，還有一個大陽台，天氣好坐坐還是很舒適，大堂經理李靜服務態度好，熱情，下次還會再來！
