沒有住過那麼差的酒店，一進房門黴問撲鼻而來，實在難聞，牆壁發黴，衞生差

空調機壞了，半夜被熱醒，找了個噪音很大的風扇來解決，真的無語！早餐簡陋，整個酒店一股黴味，不值這個價格，唯一好的是酒店工作人員都很有禮貌。

酒店位置很好，離莽山自然保護區入口很近，走路大概十分鐘左右。服務特別好，工作人員非常熱情，辦理完入住幫忙拿行李且帶我們到房間，遇到每位工作人員都熱情打招呼。房間可以，比較舒服。温泉不錯，泡完皮膚滑滑的。

環境挺好的，服務真的可以，每次看見服務員，每個都是滿臉笑容。酒店裡設施好多，衹呆酒店都可以呆兩天。而且每個設施都有足夠的人員，服務跟得上。好多個不同的池，温泉水有一股硫磺味。是真温泉。真的挺好的。點餐到房間吃，發現比外面的份量大，價格還便宜。

設施乾淨，環境很好，前台辦理入住服務態度很好，熱情周到，都很禮貌很nice，房間舒適，温泉體驗也不錯，水温舒適，無邊泳池景色很好。不過有點小貴，如果温泉和房間可以分開買就好，我們爬山下來累得衹想睡覺，浪費了温泉票。
