We had an absolutely excellent stay. The service across all departments—from the Front Desk and Room Service to the Di Ming restaurant and the hot springs—was outstanding. Every hotel member we interacted with was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated how immaculately clean the entire environment was kept. I want to offer a special commendation to the Front Desk and Restaurant Managers/Headers. Their commitment to personalized service and leading by example was truly noteworthy. They were warm, genuinely helpful, and created very memorable moments during our visit. Thank you. p.s. A note for future travelers: While the hotel itself is excellent, please be aware that transportation in the surrounding area is very challenging without a personal car. It is extremely difficult to secure ride-sharing services (like Didi), and hiring local drivers is quite costly. They often charge a round-trip fee for a single journey. For example, a trip less than 1 mile from the hotel to the West Gate cost us ¥50 for drop-off and pickup. A longer trip to the East Gate was at ¥250.
