大年初三過去，晚上洗澡連熱水都沒有！凍得長者和小孩感冒！這麼大的酒店還在用老式的電熱水器！真是無語！一個洗完澡另一個等1個小時還沒熱水！地板也是松的！房間到處都是門檻！還漏水！兩間房都一樣！
