I used it for a reservation on the day of my stay in a hurry on a business trip. There was no problem because I knew about the efforts to counter viruses, the location of the hotel, the size of the room, etc., but the big problem was the triple breakfast in the plan. After 6:30 in the morning, even though I went to the venue, the number of staff was insufficient, and only the drink came out in 18 minutes from the seat! Even if I looked around, no one was eating at the restaurant that should have been opened at 6:30, and some people were irritated and left their seats. I didn't have time to wait long, and when I was assigned, and the staff only answered ”I'm preparing now”, so 30 minutes after the seating, eventually, I remained empty I checked out at the time and I decided to buy it again elsewhere. I appealed for a sticky breakfast, including a poster in the building, and felt attractive, but it was a terrible stay because of the lack of the system. I think that the customer who couldn't take breakfast should respond to the refund at least, but even it is an impression that it is not possible to afford it, and it is not possible to afford it. I talked to other staff later, but there was only a ”improvement in the future” answer. Honestly, I'm disappointed. I strongly recommend that you will consider other inn when staying at Yokkaichi with breakfast.
