The location is convenient, with direct elevator access from Nipponbashi Station. There's a coffee shop nearby for breakfast. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and linens were changed approximately every two days. If you sign up as a member upon check-in, you can extend your check-out time to 12 PM. I stayed for 9 days and was generally very satisfied. My only minor regret is the lack of a large supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

I snagged this hotel voucher during a big Japan sale, so it was a much better deal than the average 800 a night for Christmas. The room felt smaller than its actual size and how it appeared in pictures, a little cramped, but the facilities were very comfortable. The lounge offers complimentary tea and coffee, which non-members can also enjoy. The location isn't far from the Red Brick Warehouse. If you can get it for 400-500, it's pretty good value for money.

I had requested a non-corner room, but since the hotel had no other rooms available, they upgraded us to a corner room with a sea view and a kitchen. That was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is conveniently located right above Nihon-odori Station. There's free capsule coffee on the 7th floor. There's a direct bus to Sakuragicho Station, and it's also easy to get to Minato Mirai and Yokohama Station. A 7-minute walk to the Rose Hotel will get you a direct shuttle to Haneda Airport.
