We stayed here as a family. The tatami mats were a nice touch. Having the bathroom, sink, and toilet separate was great because I could soak in the tub and relieve the fatigue in my feet.

The hotel was super convenient! It's close to Bashamichi Station, and Yokohama Chinatown was within walking distance. We arrived a bit early, but they let us check in 30 minutes ahead of schedule, which meant we could get to our live show sooner – thank you so much! The room was clean, including the bathroom, and having a bathtub made it extra comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yokohama!

My friend and I stayed here. We appreciated having a separate toilet and bathroom. The power outlet placement was a bit inconvenient, but we were able to rent an extension cord, which made charging devices easy. Ice was also readily available from the front desk. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to Kannai Station (Subway and JR) and Bashamichi Station (Minatomirai Line). With many late-night dining options nearby, we had no trouble finding dinner. We had a very pleasant stay.

Conveniently close to Yokohama main few stations, and a 15min walk to Minatomirai and RedBrick Warehouse. Enjoyed the aesthetics and comfortable bed, versus the bog standard other small Japanese hotels. This is well designed and I felt very calm and at home. Great shower definitely!

Good service of the hotel staffs! The hotel was smaller than we thought but the bed is huge. 2 minutes walk from Kannai Station, Family Mart at the corner, very good location!

A Ryokan themed hotel that has a nice feeling to it (note that there is no actual Ryokan but a sauna is available for booking for a fee). The breakfast has a choice of Japanese or Western, both are very good.

When I made the reservation, it didn't say "short stay," but it was actually a short stay plan. The details I received later by email listed a check-out time of 8:00 AM, which seemed odd, but when I looked it up online, I found that check-out was 11:00 AM, so I was relieved. The cleanliness of the room was also an issue. As other reviews have mentioned, the rooms were not properly cleaned. There was a lot of dust, especially around the hair dryer vent, which made me wonder how it could have accumulated there. The front desk's service was also disappointing. There was no toothbrush in the room, and they didn't explain that I had to get one from the front desk.
