I stayed in June for Pia Arena MM's LIVE.
Access is good in about 8 minutes on foot.
It's an old business hotel, but I think it's enough facilities if you just stay.
A coin laundry, microwave oven, paper cups, and disposable chopsticks are always available on the 2nd floor, which is convenient.
It is a very affordable hotel with a low price!
