The hotel location is a bit hard to reach from the Yokohama train station. If you took train from Haneda airport, once reached the train station, needs needs to walk through one subway line to get to the only one exit that has direct access to hotel. I took the wrong exit and had to make a long walk and make U turn to get to the hotel.

Location is excellent. 3 mins walk to JR station. The family mart is just at the entrance. I'm impressed that you can even borrow a hair straightener and then return ik a box at the same place. Staff are super polite and helpful. Highly recommended!
