The location is good and very convenient.
Some parts feel a little old, but it is clean and there were no particular issues.
The front desk staff were very helpful.
I also liked that the parking fee was reasonable at 1,500 yen per night.

It's spacious for a single person to stay in. It feels more luxurious than a regular business hotel. This is my second time staying here and I will definitely use it again.

Since it was cheap, I suppose it's understandable that the facilities are not satisfactory.
However, having only one outlet in the room was extremely inconvenient in this day and age.
What's more, when you plug it in, it was loose, so before you know it, it would come out and not charge.
Also, the outlet was directly above the refrigerator, so every time you opened the fridge door the plug would come out, which made it really inconvenient to use.
