Great location and value for money worth the stay and if internet demand required for work not recommend unless using own data.

It's spacious for a single person to stay in. It feels more luxurious than a regular business hotel. This is my second time staying here and I will definitely use it again.

The location is good and very convenient. Some parts feel a little old, but it is clean and there were no particular issues. The front desk staff were very helpful. I also liked that the parking fee was reasonable at 1,500 yen per night.

It was easy to access from the airport and easy to use. There was no humidifier as standard equipment, so I was worried about the dryness. I'm glad.

There was a hair on the sink and a burnt mark on the wall where the bed was, which was scary. It was good that it was close to the station though.

Since it was cheap, I suppose it's understandable that the facilities are not satisfactory. However, having only one outlet in the room was extremely inconvenient in this day and age. What's more, when you plug it in, it was loose, so before you know it, it would come out and not charge. Also, the outlet was directly above the refrigerator, so every time you opened the fridge door the plug would come out, which made it really inconvenient to use.

It was just one night but I would like to stay again.

I am satisfied with everything

The hotel is a bit old but it is still quite clean. It is 5 minutes walk from Takashimaya, which is quite convenient. The windows are very soundproof. Although it is next to the elevated road, there is no noise after closing the windows, and it is very quiet.

Older but clean and conveniently located

The calm atmosphere made it a relaxing place to stay. It took quite some time to check in, but the welcome drink service in the lobby made it easy to relax.

As the room was not a non-smoking type, the smell of cigarettes from the other rooms came into my room through the gaps in the room, which was very unpleasant. I had declared that I had children, so I wish they had been more considerate. The room was completely different from the one I had reserved, so I wish they had confirmed whether it was different or not when I checked in.

It may depend on the time of day, but the front desk was busy and it took a while to check in and out.
