桜木町駅至近で野毛隣接なので、滞在にはとても便利なロケーションでした。建物にはやや古さはありますが部屋は比較的広く、過ごしやすい。中でもベッドが快適なのが特筆できます。部屋のコーヒーはインスタントですが、ちゃんとクリームとシュガーがセットになってます。朝食会場は最上階でビュフェ方式。内容も結構充実していて、営業時間の最後まできちんと追加してくれますので、安心して楽しめました。

駅近でお値打ちに宿泊が出来て、ベッドも部屋も広くて良かったけど、アメニティの上に、髪の毛の束が残ってたのを、到着して、すぐに手を洗ったときに気がついたので、それのせいで一気に気持ちが下がったので、とても残念でした。

駅近く清潔感がある広めのビジネスホテル。
近くの飲食店が多数あり助かります。
リクエストは使い捨てのスリッパガス部屋にあれば
私としては加点が上がると思います。

とても満足です。
立地も利便性が良く、部屋もトイレ、バスも広めなので
ゆっくり出来ました。
テーブルも壁側に長くて
書類仕事が出来ました。
景観は部屋によって違いがあり、
みなとみらい側でなかったのですが、
それも風情がありました。
口コミに多かった
建物の古さは有りますが、
掃除は行き届いていました。
接客も丁寧でしたし、
朝食も美味しくて
とてもリーズナブルでしたので
とても満足しています。

部屋に入った途端、匂いが気になりました。
消臭スプレーが置いてあり、使用しましたが、匂いは取れませんでした。
ただ、部屋は広く、窓も大きく、開放的で、とてもいい部屋でした。
シャワーの水圧も強いのもとても良かったです。
