Capsule Plus Yokohama Sauna & Capsule Reviews

I’m a foreign student in Japan whose Japanese skill isn’t good at all so I tried to talk to the staff in English but they still talked to me in Japanese in return, luckily, they talked and explained things slowly and clearly. The facilities are nice and clean. The capsules were wider than I thought it would so I could sleep in it comfortably. The free-size pajama that was provided in an amenity bag was so comfortable even though I didn’t think it would fit. The included breakfast was served in a cafe next to the hotel. They will give you a coupon as you check-in, so you just give it to the cashier and you can choose one set out of three.

The hotel was pretty good such that it had a really decent spa and sauna for guests to use. Also the hotel was really close to JR Yokohama Station, so it was really convenient to reach. However, the service was slightly embarrassing such that I had to check out of my room every morning for the staff to clean the room.

Good location

The location of the hotel is very good. 711 is right outside the door and very close to Yokohama Station. The front desk staff are also very patient. There is a dedicated eating area Pajamas, towels and other toiletries are provided. The room is also very clean and you can watch TV The only bad experience is that the Wi-Fi is not very good Super lag

The location is not easy to find, and the positioning on the platform does not match the actual location. The rest is great, with complete facilities and friendly staff.

Arrived at Haneda Airport at night, and finally arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock after rushing. However, you can check in after 12 o'clock, so don't be too nervous. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Yokohama Station, and there are 711, coffee shops for breakfast, and comic cafes within 100 meters, which can meet all kinds of needs. The decoration style is great, the first floor is the lobby, and the capsules are above. You need to use a bracelet to open the door, which makes me feel very safe as a girl. Each floor has a separate storage room, cabinet, toilet, and bathroom. Disadvantages: The cabinet is really narrow! As a backpacker, I only carry a mountaineering bag, and it is very difficult to fit it in. The bedroom door makes a sound when it is opened and closed, and it is not a silent door, which may wake you up when you are about to fall asleep. Anyway, it is very good to have a capsule for more than 100 yuan on the weekend, and I am generally satisfied

There was a bath and sauna so I was able to relax. The room was clean and I was able to rest without any problems.

I was looking forward to the sauna, but unfortunately women could only take showers.

When I was sleeping, there was someone organizing and carrying their luggage in the bedroom, even though there was a luggage storage room. Also, the person opposite was using a strong light. It was really hard to sleep.

I stayed one night amd it was the perfect place. Right in city center close to train station. Everything was clean and the staff was amazing. I had a good night sleep after a full day of walking

The service is very good. Everyday the provide new pyjamas, towels and dental kit. In all bathrooms, there are shampoo, conditioner, gel, hydrating face lotion… If you go with a small luggage is really good, but with big luggage is a bit uncomfortable because the luggage room is tiny. I recommend to the hotel to put doors in the capsules because you can hear everything, the first and the second night was okay because the other people was quiet, but the last night was difficult to sleep because of the noise. Regarding the breakfast, I think it is not worth it and it is better to buy just whatever you want that day.

Pro: Clean & stylish capsule hotel. Cons: the pillow is too small. Wish they have more confortable futon.
