フロントからの連絡をいただいた際、高圧的な対応であまりいい印象は受けませんでした。
お客様は神様の様に扱っていただきたいとは全く思いませんし、お忙しい中苛立ちもあるのかもしれませんが、お互いに不快な気持ちになるのは建設的ではないと思います。

洗面所の換気扇が弱いのか動いていないのか故障しているのか、シャワーやお風呂利用後は湯気が充満、高湿度でした。そのためか、水回りのカビが気になりました。エレベーター横の部屋の為か、エレベーターの稼働音が絶え間なくひびいていました。ロケーションや朝食はとっても良かったです。
