I used day use because it was an environment that did not interfere with the telecan necessary for the appearance. Stayed for 2 nights. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night when I encountered a big traffic jam in Tokyo the weekend before. The room I arranged was so-so. The next day I asked the front desk for an extra 6,000 yen to change to a deluxe room with a king-size bed. It has a lot of space and glass windows It's very big, the fireworks show is great, and the breakfast is also good

Convenient place, less than 5 minutes walk from Shin Yokohama Station. Convenience store and family on the first floor. The room is functional and clean. The air conditioner is new and quiet. Free breakfast is baked and bread is four kinds, boiled *, three kinds of soup, two kinds of juice, coffee free to drink. Free if you ask for bedwear (free size), toothpaste set and razor. R&B series is as high as Cospa is everywhere. WIFI is free but slow

I love the location of this hotel, which is right above Shin-Yokohama station and on the 10th floor of a mall which houses usual popular stores like Uniqlo and Gu. Souvenir/food stores are in the mall and train station too. It also has a gym although I didn’t go check it out. There’s also a guest lounge for free coffee/tea/juices and newspapers which you can enjoy on the 12th floor. And this lounge has a nice view too of the streets below. Staff are friendly and helpful, although many are not proficient in English. I’m All in, I would stay here if I visit Yokohama again. I would also recommend this place to others (which I did!)

The location is very good. You can walk from the station, and you can also walk to Yokohama Arena and Nissan Stadium. There is a Ramen Museum next door. There are also many convenience stores. There is a microwave in the room which is helpful. I think it's better not to have high expectations in terms of cleanliness. There was hair in the bathtub and towels in the refrigerator that appeared to belong to the previous guest. Also, from the moment I entered the hotel, there was an overpowering floral scent and the room smelled like incense. There were deodorizing beads behind the trash can, but they weren't unscented, they had a soap scent, so it might have added to the mix. Since the windows could not be opened, I turned on the air conditioner and turned on the air purifier to full blast. Even if you are staying for multiple nights, you will not be provided with towels unless you go to the front desk to collect them yourself, and there is no luggage storage before or after departure, so please be careful. It's not uncomfortable and the price is cheaper than the surrounding area, so I think it's fine if you just want to sleep. Be careful if you are sensitive to smells.

I stayed with my family at the end of the winter vacation. I came with 2 junior high school students and 2 adults. I chose it because there was a parking lot at the time of booking and it was close to the station. I booked a room with twin bed and a sofa bed. I thought I was betrayed because I had an incredible amount of breakfast 1800 yen / 1 people. When I stopped before to check the parking lot for the hotel, the woman came to the car and dropped the heavy luggage and guided me to the front desk and checked in smoothly. We had a welcome drink. The female staff delivered my luggage to the room on the 12th floor. Guided to the room and unlike the room I booked, I prepared a twin bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed. There is also a space to put your luggage. The room cleaning is perfect. Clean bathroom, bed making and beautiful amenities were available. It was a 2-day stay, but the linen was replaced every day and the garbage was recovered and cleaned. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to spend time relaxing. Thank you. We will definitely make a reservation next time we come to Yokohama. It is a hotel that can be recommended to everyone.

Stayed from New Year's Eve in 2019 to New Year's Day in 2020. When you enter the entrance of the hotel, you have a good smell. And when you go up by elevator, there is a front desk on the second floor. The room we stayed in was small but clean, of course, and the liquid crystal television was complete. The Court Hotel has a nice looking lobby and great staff. That is about it. The rooms are you typical Japanese business hotel however they haven't been updated since the 1980's. The hotel rooms are old and tired. The air conditioning isn't really good. The bathrooms are small and the showers are not that good. The only good thing is that it is close to the train station and Yokohama Stadium. It's about a 5 min walk to both. There plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby including a number of 7-11's and Family Marts.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and found the hotel to be clean, convenient and affordable. A boxed breakfast bento was provided on each morning (they had coupons that were given to you at the beginning of the stay to exchange for the meals) and they were fairly generously sized and came with one packed green tea and the option of one free coffee using the hotel's coffee machine in the lobby. The standard room with a double bed is the size of an average business hotel room in Japan (so on the smaller side) but it was expected and sufficient for our needs.
