ロビーの受付カウンターの方が全部ではありませんが反応が鈍すぎです。特にいえば女性職員の教育をもう少しして頂きたいと思いました。
一例で言えばたくしの予約時行き先も時間もあらかじめ説明しておいたのにも関わらず、時間は大幅遅れる、行き先はほとんど運転手さんに伝わっていないなど
がありました。

ただ、帰る時にタクシーがなかなか来なくて、少し困りました。

駅からは少し遠いですが、場所的には良かったと思います。建物自体は少し古かったけど、お部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。
