The location was good and it was great to order delicious food. The room feels reasonably spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a bit inconvenient not to have Netflix, and the amenities provided are toothbrushes, which is convenient. I wasn't very happy because the vanity kit was torn apart. The bathtub and bathroom were clean, and it was convenient because the toilets were not separate.

This hotel surprised me a lot. First thing, my room is very new. Both the bedding and furniture are clean, and the room is spacious. The bathroom and shower are separate. Second, breakfast was very rich and everything was clean. However, I picked a city-view room. The floor is low, and I can't see anything outside the window except the parking lot. My family and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. I will choose to stay here again next time.

The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

It might be a hassle to enter the room by pressing the password, but I thought it would be more convenient than carrying around a key or key card. The reason I couldn't say anything that day was that there was no phone connected to the desk in the room, and there were many guests coming and going, and I was busy, so I just passed by. Is it because the staff members checking the room condition with the front desk don't share work or is it because of the system? Is it right for them to enter a room where guests are already present by pressing the password? The world is so dangerous that accommodation facilities need to be concerned about security and safety. It seems like this is not right... It seems like this needs to be checked and improved.

Choose forgiveness for family trips. I went to the hotel location, but the staff were so friendly and valeted and parked comfortably. I asked to go to a restaurant, but I was impressed to tell you so much. The breakfast buffet was so delicious. There are convenience stores nearby and many restaurants. There is no condition for a return visit doctor !!

Since I had to walk a lot from Everland, I made a reservation at a facility with massage chairs. My husband and I both liked the massage chair. The bathroom and shower room have glass windows, so it might not be good for business, but it was great for a couple! The room size was smaller than expected, but it was enough to relax. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay! It was clean and had everything I needed, so there was no inconvenience in using it!

However, please note that it is possible to process a certain amount of delays without additional charge. • The location is close to the bus stop that goes directly to Everland, but... it's a bit disappointing. I think I got lost even more after going in at night.

Very convenient location to go Everland. Very comfortable hotel and clean to have a good rest after exploring the whole day at Everland. The next day could enter the park without long journey from Seoul. However, the breakfast served was continental breakfast, not buffet breakfast as stated. Very disappointed as spent a lot purchasing the package with breakfast. Besides the breakfast served, all the other aspects are satisfied. Heat patch was given for every guest. Check in pricess is smooth and fast. Luggage storage is provided as well. Bought bhc fried chicken and ribs where located just behind the hotel.

Hotel is good, front office is good, breakfast time stop at 9.30 am is too short. Room without portable folding luggage rack, good excellent coffee brewing machine but no sugar bag and cream for coffee

It was really quiet and it was really nice to rest quietly after going to Termeden. If you go in the off-season, you may actually get better value for money. Everything was clean and quiet, so I felt like I was really resting. I've been here before and recommended it to my parents and friends! Nearby are delicious bakeries, Korean restaurants, Termeden, and Pottery Village! Come and take a look around 👍👍
