吉林北大湖滑雪場風版前最後兩日滑雪，酒店提前一星期通知會提早暫停營業，免費幫我們升級到五星百萬石溫泉酒店，服務非常負責任，旅程非常愉快。

環境：寬敞明亮，窗外就是滑雪場的H索，滑進滑出很方便。
設施：有健身房，餐廳，運動按摩，便利店，很適合雪友。就是雪季末沒什麼人了，酒店二樓的雪具大廳已經關閉了，辦雪票還得做擺渡車去雪具大廳。
衞生：整體環境很好很乾凈
服務：酒店前台，餐廳工作人員，還有客房陳主管，客房的保潔，都非常熱情，有問題都及時幫忙解決
缺點：美中不足的是最後一天滑完雪，退房前洗澡的時候熱水有問題，流出來的都是泥水，洗了一身泥水，大冷天的還得用冷水沖乾淨😓，旅程結束的好心情給澆走了一半！

非常好的體驗，窗對着雪道。客房-劉主管 特別熱心，有問題微信幾乎都是秒回和處理，最好趕時間去機場還幫我們去雪具大廳處理 頭盔按金卡的事情。一級棒。北大湖 下回再來

房間還不錯，很寬敞，有雪景大浴缸，滑完雪泡泡很舒服。
雪季末很多設施都關了，二樓雪具大廳也關了，沒體驗滑進滑出也是個小遺憾吧。本來以為有小朋友玩樂的也沒有看到。
服務好，工作人員熱情，陳主管服務很好，還有送水果。
早餐一般，類似三星標準，可能雪季末吧。
