酒店服務一級棒，小朋友玩的超開心。設施稍顯老舊，衞生狀況也還行，餐食不錯，種類挺多，雞尾酒暢飲。滑雪方便。

非常棒，免費升級了套房，房間很暖，床品很舒適。全天候一日三餐國際化美食和當地風味菜品自助：種類豐盛，食材新鮮。每天晚上有不同的節目和party, 還會再來。

服務很好 賓至如歸 但是設施條件一般 ，淋浴間的門是關不緊的 洗完澡一開門 幹區域都是水，好在馬上聯繫阿姨來清理掉了，吃的就正常那樣吧，亮點全靠服務跟滑雪。每個俱樂部的工作人員都很好都很熱情。小朋友託管大人可以安心滑雪

5天4晚的旅行完美結束了。還沒離開，就開始期待下一次。
第一次來北大湖的Club Med。在這裏我們除了享受便利的滑雪之外，還有一天三餐不同的美食、下午茶以及豐富的晚上活動。這裏除了G.O服務熱情周到，遇到的每一個工作人員都會有禮貌的打招呼問好。特別要感謝Darren，辦理入住時就幫我們升級了房間，另外2間房第二天也升了級。入住第二天委託Darren幫忙訂花，結果整個G.O團隊幫我們慶祝結婚週年慶。有特定的蛋糕，有30公里鎮上送來的鮮花，特意佈置的餐桌和房間…… 除了驚喜，就是感動。太謝謝你們了~

2024年1月14日孩子們放寒假就6個家庭一起組織起來去滑雪了！真的是一次非常非常滿意的旅行，孩子們很開心，玩得開心，吃得開心，爸爸媽媽們更省心，可以全程託管，也可以給孩子請私教一對一，一對二，一對三！當然最省心想學滑雪的家長可以一對一的！又能學到技術還保護孩子的安全。該渡假村還有下午茶。
