I've been staying here for three days. It was raining and I went out to get an umbrella but the front desk refused to give it to me. I couldn't even use my room card because the previous guest didn't return it. They said they wanted a 20 yuan deposit but I didn't bring any cash. The waiter ignored me! The soundproofing was also very poor. My neighbor was snoring for three days, so loud that I thought I was hallucinating.
