酒店環境挺不錯，離瀑布也挺近的，遊玩較為方便，酒店缺點沒有電梯、要爬樓梯去住的地方，我當時是爬4層，至此想要給好評，但後來發生的這件事讓我對酒店的突發情況處理較為不滿：今日下午湖南疾控發佈了關於尋找張家界鳳凰新冠陽性患者密接者的通知，而本人前幾日剛從張家界來到芙蓉鎮，接到通知後考慮到個人以及身邊人的安全問題，想要提前退房回家自行隔離（4點左右提出）與客服溝通尋求解決方案未果，客服表示一分錢都不會退，本人認為，按照行業內不成文原則，遇到以上特殊情況多少可以酌情通融。結果一分錢不退、本人索性退房走人。

大家自己感受吧，我真的不想説什麼了。
五百塊錢的房型，廁所是這個樣子的，提供的毛巾不知道被多少人用過，都已經拉絲了，還微微泛着黃，我真的被噁心到了。整個廁所的磚塊壞了，淋浴頭也是壞的，淋浴頭上面全是水漬，從來沒有清洗過。我衹能説兩百塊錢的房間都比他家乾淨。
還要收停車費，我還剛剛停好車就被收了30塊錢，這是搶錢嗎？？？
還有，酒店裡麪十分嘈雜，該酒店毫無誠意，衞生狀況差到極點。
想用裏面的杯子刷牙，發現杯子全是臟的污垢，從來沒有洗過。 如果可以，求大家不要住這家，不要住這家，我真的被噁心到了🙏
