Tianquan Inn (Furong Town Waterfll Branch)

The Inn has spectacular view! Very friendly and warm staff and they respond to WeChat instantaneously. This town has lots of cobble stones, beautiful places however people with mobility issues would be a challenge. Will come back and stay with this Inn again!

This hotel has the best view of Furong waterfall anywhere in the town! The staff and hosts are all so accommodating too, even arranging a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the train station and assisting us with luggage. The location really can’t be beat!

If you're thinking about whether to book a room here or not, I have two words of advice for you - BOOK IT! 😄 The view of the waterfall is spectacular, and they provide various amenities (do note they provide disposable towels instead of usual towels), plus the staff are very friendly. They also arrange pick-up and send-off service and can assist with carrying your luggages, so it was very helpful! If I have the chance to return to Furong Town again, I will definitely return and stay here again ❤️

This hotel felt like a fairy tale! The view of the waterfall! The noise! Absolutely stunning! The staff gave us complimentary pick up and drop off to the Furong station! The room was clean and big beds! Honestly if it wasn’t for midnight light turning off! I woudlve never slept because once again! The waterfall view was just immaculate

7/10 – Amazing Waterfall View, But Several Trade-Offs We stayed in a two-queen room on the third floor. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the waterfall view. From one of the bedroom-side windows, you can see the waterfall, although you need to stand in the right spot to enjoy it. About one-third of the view is blocked by the hotel roof (see photo). The seating area overlooks the river on the opposite side and does not face the waterfall. There is also a second-floor balcony with an excellent waterfall view. The hotel provides a free pickup service. However, the driver dropped us at a parking area and then led us through a very narrow, dirty alley to reach the hotel. I believe this is the shortest route and avoids dragging luggage through the entire town, but it was still quite difficult with bags. I actually pulled a muscle during the walk. If you have luggage, I would recommend asking the hotel to arrange luggage transport for an additional fee (around 20–25 RMB per bag). I did this when departing, and it made things much easier. There are no elevators. The towels were stained, the shower had very weak water pressure, several electrical outlets in the room did not work, and the window stopper was broken, making it difficult and somewhat unsafe to open and close the window while trying to enjoy the waterfall view. We also found leftover tea in the room that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest, which raised some concerns about housekeeping attention to detail. Overall, I would rate the hotel 7/10. If your goal is the absolute best waterfall view, I would recommend booking the third-floor corner room with one queen bed, which appeared to have a better view and was actually cheaper than the two-queen room we booked. You are paying a premium for the location and view while accepting compromises in amenities and maintenance. Whether that trade-off is worth it depends entirely on what matters most to you.

The view is 1st class!!! Our window directly overlooking the waterfall. Falling asleep with the sound of waterfall definitely the highlight. The room was clean with big bed. The lighting was sufficient. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide the pickup and drop off service at the train station. One recommendation is to repair the plug point as some of it a bit loose.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The lady staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to the staff for helping us with our luggage and for providing convenient pick-up and drop-off services to and from the train station, which made our travels so much easier. Their kindness and willingness to assist were truly appreciated. Our room have spectacular direct waterfall views all lighting up at night. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions. Combined with the outstanding customer service, it made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay such a memorable experience.

The view is undoubtedly the highlight of this hotel—absolutely spectacular and the reason to stay here. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. We also appreciated the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the railway station. As a thoughtful touch, we were given a snack bag when we checked out to continue our China adventure, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, but overall the hotel felt closer to a 2-star property than a 3-star one. The bathroom was quite dated, and the shower could do with some improvement. One thing that may not suit all guests is that the toilet and bathroom area was separated from the room by a curtain rather than a proper door, which offered very little privacy. While the views and hospitality were excellent, the overall standard of the accommodation didn’t quite match our expectations. Some updating and improvements to the facilities would go a long way toward enhancing the guest experience. Overall, an enjoyable stay thanks to the stunning scenery and the kindness of the staff.

The view at this hotel was incredible. A little bit pricey but well worth it for this to be outside your window! They also offer complimentary ride service to and from the train station which was really helpful.
