The hotel provided a pickup service from the train station. Since it is located within the ancient town, a staff member met us at the entrance gate and escorted us to the hotel. Visitors are required to purchase entrance tickets to access the ancient town. The room assigned to us had a charming old-world character and featured a balcony overlooking the waterfront, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality contributed greatly to our experience. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the unique setting and atmosphere of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again when visiting the area.

It was the best stay of our entire trip to China. The staff were always kind and helpful. The Chinese breakfast was very good. Plus, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the waterfalls. The room was really beautiful, with a spectacular view.

Excellent location, nice staff and pretty good breakfast, inside the park, you need attractions ticket in order to get the hotel, shuttle service from station to hotel available for the price of your room.

Words cannot describe how nice the owner & all the staffs. Owner helped to buy us tickets,give us Zhangjiajie National forest English map,and guide us through the forest on the map. Staffs helped us to heat our halal food. The hotel is nearby to halal restaurants by foot,near to attractions (East Gate),massage center & shops. Hotel offered free ride from and to East Gate. The hotel has river view and we get to have breakfast by the river. Our room also has balcony.

Best hotel where i've ever been. The highest recommendation is not even enough! Staff was friendly. The hotelroom was beautiful and it had it own balcony with river flowing under it. You could sed small waterfall and from hotel it was just few minutes walk to see the main waterfall. Staff was friendly, room was clean. I hope i have a chance to come here again!

First time visiting Furong Ancient Town, and this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff's service was top-notch – incredibly kind, attentive, and highly responsible. To ensure my stay was perfect, she proactively offered tons of super practical tips for getting around and finding great food, always ready to help with anything I needed. Truly exceptional hospitality! The hotel's environment and cleanliness were impeccable, and right outside our room, there was a free self-service washer and dryer. The breakfast staff, especially the auntie who prepared our vegetarian noodle soup, was so thoughtful. Definitely a five-star experience! If you're also visiting Furong Ancient Town for the first time, don't hesitate – this is the place to book!

The hotel is located right in the heart of Furong Town, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up at the train station, helping with our luggage all the way to the room, and even escorting us and our luggage to the taxi/Didi area during check-out, their service was excellent from start to finish. The view from the room was also beautiful. Definitely highly recommended for anyone visiting Furong Town!

Had a quick one night stay in Furong. Was debating whether to include but glad we did, as it was relaxing and beautiful. Hotel close to scenic area entrance very helpful , polite staff. Helped arrange transport to and from HSR. Comfortable beds and clean. Welcoming and friendly. Contacted us via WeChat for arrangements.

I really appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival at the train station and the kind upgrade to a room with an upright toilet🙏 the views from the room were wonderful same with the rice noodles for breakfast! The room was ideally appointed for a good nights rest and was centrally located to access the best views and shows in the village. The hotel has a nice view and is in the middle of the attraction area, walking to the shows and view points is very convenient and easy. The service is amazing, the front desk girl is very responsive and friendly. She helped me carry my bags down and to the didi pick up point. The only thing I didn’t like was the room itself, its very small and smelled like humidity, even my clothes caught the smell I had to wash them elsewhere.

It was a lovely stay with genuinely helpful staff. We stayed on 5th floor and 3rd floor. They helped us with luggage to the room which was very kind of them. We were leaving early next morning and they left us takeaway breakfast at the reception. Would definitely stay next time and would recommend others to stay in this homely space. Thank you for the warm hospitality

Honestly, this hotel was amazing. The room was big, clean and the style fits right in. I felt like a Chinese princess living in ancient times. The hotel staff were friendly and ready to help at any time given. They picked me up from the station, carried my luggage, provided a fusion breakfast and gifted a complimentary souvenir. The only thing that was a downside was that it is next to the waterfall so you could hear the noise of it at night quite clearly. However you’ll get used to it. Would definitely recommend staying here for the full experience!
