I visit China every year and this was the very first time that a Hotel really did not match the reviews at all. There are a handfull of bad reviews and unfortunately I agree with those exactly. I feel like I have been catfished and because the advertizing was so good and it was my birthday, I decided to book two nights instead of just one. The check in was pleasant and staff was nice but as soon as we walked to the room I realized it is a really run down place and far from the cute luxury style resort like in the pictures. The lady saw my disappointment with the room by my facial expression and showed me two more. Honestly I felt like they looked nothing like in the pictures and chose the one I disliked the least. Thee was not even hand soap and forget about bathrobes which they showed in tge pics !!! All you got wqs one shower gel and one shampoo...both trial size so I used those to wash my hands. She said since it was my birthday she can arrange a fruit platter. I was confused since welcome fruit was supposed to be part of the deal anyway. I received a plate with cherry tomato and cut cucumber and two stale biscuits. Uhhhhh ok technically tomato is a fruit but the insulting thing was that these "fruit" were leftover from breakfast, which had been stored in the fridge and they were also brought back out for afternoon tea and again for breakfast the next day. The cucumbers were already completely dried out on the surface. I then walked around the "resort" and it was neglected and run down with broken chairs on the deck. The hotpools were open at night only but nobody tended to them or cleaned them and there was dirt and insects in them. The breakfast was fine but neither breakfast nor afternoon tea was ever completely ready at the advertized time. What I mean is afternoon tea was at 2pm but the lady was only just slowly laying everything out and slowly cutting watermelon with her bare hands btw and slowly baking small custard tarts which should already be ready at 2pm. There also was no cute tray like in the pictures or cute tea kettle,et only cheap plastic plate. Oh and forget about the floaty tray by the pool LOL This time on my China Trip I stayed in 10 Hotels and all received a perfect score but this one ! The good things: the ride service to Furong works well but at the same time there is really no need to stay out of the scenic area. Staff is nice. Breakfast is filling with mainly steamed buns and dumplings and some stir fries and soup. I really am sad that I chose this hotel. Especially when I later saw the other cute places in the heart of the scenic area. I am also concerned because the hotel opened in 2022 and has more reviews than large chain hotels in big cities which makes me wonder and I found reviews which shared identical pictures.

If you're coming to this town, consider staying at this hotel. The hotel looks very nice. And they give free rides for the guests, serve breakfast and afternoons tea. The rooftop has jacuzzis where you can chill in the evening. The Chinese girl at the desk was very helpful and nice to us. We will definitely come back to this place if we are coming again in the future

This hotel is amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they also speak fluent English. Free breakfast buffet and afternoon snacks were included in the restaurant. The rooftop hot tubs/pools are a great addition. They are only open from 20:00-00:00, but that worked for us. The room was very clean with loads of amenities provides. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from Furong Town and the train station. On top of this, the laundry service is free, but you do have to do it yourself. When checking out, we were provided with a gift bag which we were not expecting!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and what really made it special was the outstanding service from the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, the reception desk ladies were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel completely at home. I also cannot praise enough the young man who was always available and went out of his way to drive and transport us wherever we needed to go. Their dedication and warm hospitality truly elevated our trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! To the staff: Xiao Zhang, Xiao Wang, Xiao Li, Xiao Deng, Xiao Xiang thank you all from the bottom of ours heart.

The service staff were exceptionally attentive, anticipating and attending to all our basic needs with excellence and genuine care.
