BBree FraserWow. What a beautiful gem of a hotel run by such sweet and caring people! Before we even arrived they organised us tickets to the Furong Scenic Area and provided free pickup from Furongzhen Station seamlessly via WeChat. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted warmly with tea and snacks while the owner provided us with access to our tickets and gave us a rundown of the history and attractions the town had to offer. The room itself was better than the pictures, super charming and cozy.
The location was great, being a short walk to the main scenic area. The amenities were good and complimentary breakfast was also delicious.
PS. At the end of our stay they gave us a little ceramic gift filled with tea!! Such a thoughtful piece of memorabilia that I will cherish from our trip. ❤️

AAnonymous UserThe B&B's location is absolutely unbeatable, offering the best views. We came to Furong Ancient Town mainly for the scenery, so choosing this place was definitely the right call. Due to its mountainous terrain, the overall cleanliness of Furong Ancient Town is a bit concerning, and the difficulty of getting up and down the hills probably makes maintaining hygiene quite challenging. The ladies at the reception desk of the B&B had a generally lukewarm attitude; we didn't see a single smile from them. The gentlemen, however, were all very nice. The restaurant staff provided great service, and the food tasted good too.

AA Traveller_s Chronicle PhAn excellent place to stay in Furong Town! The space was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking, which we truly appreciated.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the town proper, making everything easily accessible. What stood out the most was the thoughtful service: they even arranged free pick-up and drop-off to the railway, which made our trip so much more convenient.
The balcony also offers a perfect view, such a relaxing spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the Furong River.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely book again when we return!

The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, proactively sharing sightseeing routes, performance times, and important tips. They even offered discounts, making us feel right at home. Disposable towels and bath towels were provided, so there were no issues with bathing.

WWilliam AntoniusI had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were complete and very convenient during my stay. There is also a spacious public area which is perfect for relaxing, working, or hanging out with friends.
The host was very friendly and always active in helping guests whenever assistance was needed. Their hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

Excellent service, the location is very close to Furong Old Town, the room was spotless, had heating and all the necessary amenities, and the view from the room and balcony was lovely. The staff were also incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this hotel, 10/10. Thank you so much!

SShamik Shah7/10 – Amazing Waterfall View, But Several Trade-Offs
We stayed in a two-queen room on the third floor. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the waterfall view. From one of the bedroom-side windows, you can see the waterfall, although you need to stand in the right spot to enjoy it. About one-third of the view is blocked by the hotel roof (see photo). The seating area overlooks the river on the opposite side and does not face the waterfall. There is also a second-floor balcony with an excellent waterfall view.
The hotel provides a free pickup service. However, the driver dropped us at a parking area and then led us through a very narrow, dirty alley to reach the hotel. I believe this is the shortest route and avoids dragging luggage through the entire town, but it was still quite difficult with bags. I actually pulled a muscle during the walk. If you have luggage, I would recommend asking the hotel to arrange luggage transport for an additional fee (around 20–25 RMB per bag). I did this when departing, and it made things much easier.
There are no elevators. The towels were stained, the shower had very weak water pressure, several electrical outlets in the room did not work, and the window stopper was broken, making it difficult and somewhat unsafe to open and close the window while trying to enjoy the waterfall view. We also found leftover tea in the room that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest, which raised some concerns about housekeeping attention to detail.
Overall, I would rate the hotel 7/10. If your goal is the absolute best waterfall view, I would recommend booking the third-floor corner room with one queen bed, which appeared to have a better view and was actually cheaper than the two-queen room we booked. You are paying a premium for the location and view while accepting compromises in amenities and maintenance. Whether that trade-off is worth it depends entirely on what matters most to you.

BBarbie TangI highly recommend Furong Ancient Town Tuhome Inn (Grand Waterfall Branch)! The inn boasts breathtaking views, and the room balcony offers a panoramic vista of Furong Ancient Town. Sliding open the glass door, you're greeted by the soothing sound of the waterfall – the atmosphere is absolutely enchanting. Close the door, and the outside world's hustle and bustle fades away, leaving you with peace and tranquility. The staff's service was incredibly warm; they were always smiling, attentive, and thoughtful, even proactively helping us carry our luggage to the Didi car. Our stay far exceeded expectations in terms of views, soundproofing, and service. If you're coming to Furong Ancient Town, this is definitely the place to choose. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.

GGuest UserIf you want the classic stay overlooking the beautiful waterfall experience - this is the place to stay! It has the best view in town but they don't take that for granted. The service was absolutely incredible. We travelled with a toddler and they provided free pick up and drop off from the train station. The young man who runs the hotel singlehandedly ported all of our luggage for us (even more than I handle on my own) which was AMAZING! Rooms were very clean, thoughtfully laid out and had just the right features. There's a restaurant on site with stunning views.. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
