設施：雖然裝修風格早，但是維護在線且齊全，頗有早期4-5星級酒店風範。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
服務：及時到位，有求必應。
環境：房間面積相比當下連鎖酒店普遍大上不少，但價格依舊實惠。

冠景作為温泉酒店，個人認為各方面在全福州還是比較好的，一年起碼會來住個3-5回，帶娃就祝温泉套房，沒帶娃就住温泉房，對這裏也比較熟悉，總體比較滿意。
提一點建議，大堂休息餐吧的服務員最好能再專業點，見人坐過去了，上來起碼第一句要問客人需要點什麼，而不是一上來就警告客人這裏不能吃別的餐食。我們衹是提了兩杯奶茶坐在裏面休息，等旁邊餐館叫號，這麼一句“問候”，讓人挺不爽的。
