攜程訂的景觀大床房，前台給免費升級了豪華大床房，房間很大，很安靜，早餐也比較豐富，前台妹妹非常熱情，退房時還送了一份小吃禮包，非常暖心

房間主題特色明顯，小朋友很喜歡，奇幻小屋的床頭還有個儲藏櫃，寶寶開了合，合了開，把他的寶貝都藏裏面了。温泉環境很好，水質乾淨清澈，宇療很有特色，停車方便，總之會推薦朋友來！

房間衞生條件可以，温泉品類多，温泉二樓休息區服務需要加強，過去除了水吧有人以外沒有看到其他服務人員，休息區娛樂室所有燈都是關的，水吧提供的飲品和水果一言難盡，酒店前廳服務很好值得表揚，但是保安是不得不投訴的，我們是來消費的，沒人欠你們什麼東西，嘴巴不乾淨，臉臭，還沒事就瞪着客人
