房間乾淨，緊挨着高鐵站，公寓式賓館，跟家裡卧室很像，唯一不足就是沒有一次性拖鞋，不知道這是不是湖南這邊的特色，基本都是塑料拖鞋，沒有一次性拖鞋。

裝修很新，乾淨衞生，價格實惠，跟圖片一致，步行三分鐘即可到達火車站，出行很方便，外窗很大，曬衣服很方便。

服務態度好, 老闆人好，昨天晚上水喝完了，又不想下去買水，問老闆可不可以再送一瓶水，老闆二話不説就免費的再給我們送了一瓶，真的是有求必應，下次來還住着，價格還挺實惠的，主要是乾淨，比我上次住的那個連鎖賓館好，雖然那種連鎖賓館價格也挺實惠但是上次那個賓館衞生真的很拉。不是託，真消費真評價這家真不錯。
