1、房間設施比較陳舊，可以改造一下，特別是衞生間美縫發黴嚴重（圖3）。
2、地毯比較乾淨，地面瓷磚可以再清潔一下（圖1），冰箱又破又臟（圖2），可以改進一下。
3、娃的早餐28一人，衹吃了一碗米線，這點就要表揚一下維也納，住了幾個地方的維也納，倆娃早餐均免費，可以學習一下。
4，房費相對比較便宜，床墊較軟！
