賓館裝修是新的。服務態度非常好。價格也十分實惠。，免費的停車場。更重要的是還有一個非常漂亮的花園。暖花開之時，空氣十分清新，以後就住這裏了。強烈推薦

今天確實得好好評論一下了，作為零陵人，已經不知道在這家店住了多少次，單是這兩個月就住了五六次，也向很多朋友推薦過很多，因為確實是便宜實惠，但今天發生的讓我對這家店沒啥好印象了。首先是開房間，走了一天很累了，但前台沒有絲毫，語氣也像我欠了她錢一樣，下午將近三點半四點開的房，因為她家最遲是1.退房，以前都是會問可不可以2.退房，得到的回答是行的，這次怎麼説也不給，那也沒事，畢竟時間定死在那裡。房間是A307，一進去到浴室，地上已經洗漱台全是毛髮，沒搞乾淨，於是跑下去要求換房間，前台説要麼現在幫忙搞乾淨要麼補差價升級房間，簡直是讓人無語，讓人看到那麼臟的一幕就算搞乾淨也不想住吧，還讓人花錢升級，也就是説你們賓館的工作失誤要房客買單，要不是太累了我絕對會選擇投訴退款。升級跟我説A309比A302要好，A302是跨年的時候住的，除了洗漱台的手龍頭把手壞的，頂噴也有點向旁邊漏水其他還好，到了A309，頂噴壞的，花灑管子是松的（看到過某些爆料，頓感噁心）然後洗髮水沐浴露護髮素都過期九個月了，空調全是煙味也不散味，門縫比門牙還大等。作為老客户，這次的體驗足矣讓我把這家店拉黑了，以後不會再住了！！！

85訂的20㎡的1米8的大床房，去了給安排的1米5的十幾平方的小床房，放東西的地方都沒有，電話聯繫免費停車位問題，説直接停北大醫院，距賓館衹有50米，結果車停好後，導航到賓館居然有395米的距離還是上坡，拖着行李累得氣喘呼呼，如果知道停車場這麼遠肯定撤單換酒店，説話不誠信。房間衞生差，馬桶裏屎都沒刷乾淨（圖片3）床擋頭灰塵一層，真的住着噁心。窗户是有，可外面是一堵玻璃窗，並不通氣，房間有異味。第二天看我的訂單價75元。旅行多年，這次的賓館酒店體念是最差的，前台服務差，衞生差，設施差，沒有地方放東西。入住的真實體念，給後來人參考。
