酒店勝在去零陵古城和東山景區很近，適合背包客慢慢遊玩拍照。零陵樓目前不接待遊客，零陵文廟、高山寺在修繕也不接待遊客，由於漲水萍州書院渡輪停運無法參觀，酒店若能掌握相關訊息並在辦理入住時告知遊客，可以為你們的服務加分。
