The complaint to Chase Suite Hotel Brea related to hotel group’s image and reputation, sense of services, communication skills, the very bad attitude which was really rude behaviors from this hotel leadership team have touched the Code of Conduct of the hotel group. From checking in on March 15th, 24 days stay in Chase Suite Hotel Brea, after we raise the complaint from May 2nd, 4 weeks have passed. To be frank, we haven’t yet received a sincere and candid apology till today.
