Nice Stop Through Stay. Would Return if in town again. Quick check in easy access to the elevators and vehicle loading area

The appearance of the hotel is horrible, the smell of tabaco is the worst, I came with my family and my kids were exposed to that smell at all time while being in the hotel. One of the worst things was having to see cockroaches in the bathroom. This has been the worst stay of my life. They walls are punched, no smoke detector on and just the hotel falling apart!

Door was broken, holes in wall, even if you dont want a smoking room, they all smell like smoke. No smoke detector, literally ripped off the wall. Tv was broken and no remote

I wouldn’t recommend this place or stay here ever again. Young lady up front customer service was bad. Bad bathroom leak and room smelled like sewer. Finally after several hours we was moved to a different room without a microwave that we previously paid for.

This place is in a good location but has non helpful staff. There were not towels in the room and didn’t want to give us any. Tv and phone didn’t work and the water pressure was literally nonexistent
